You won't be putting up with an extended presentation of our services to bore you. We give our estimates in the same way as any other construction company.

We will reach you

Once you have contacted us, a project manager from our team will visit you at your home. The manager will take the necessary measurements, understand your requirements, address your concerns, and also give an overview of all the options available to you.

Following the Appointment

Project manager returns with your requirements

The project manager will bring your cladding specifications back to our office, where the pricing is determined, and rendering is created if required.

The project is priced within the office

Our pricing is the same, no matter what your location is. Also, the contract will not be signed on the first visit of the project manager to your home.

Estimates are conveyed

After you meet with the project manager, we will take around 2 to 3 days to send you an estimate of your project. Your contract will wait until the time that you are fully satisfied and ready to go ahead with our services. So there won’t be any pressure for a signed contract, and you can take your time to decide.

Once you are completely satisfied with the specifications and the pricing and are ready to let us go ahead with the project, you'll receive a contract. This contract will mention all the details of the project and its starting date. It will also specify the payment schedule.

Permits for the project

You needn't worry about getting the work permitted since that'll be handled at our side. Not only do we take permits for all the installation we carry out, but we also ensure that the other companies or projects we work for have also pulled necessary permits.

Lead-Safe Certified

Our company is certified for lead safety, and we even have an expert in our team to maintain quality standards. The EPA requires that renovation work for all constructions before 1978 be lead-safe certified along with the contractor hired for the project.

Work Begins

Soon after the contract has been signed, you'll receive a call from us to confirm the starting date of the project.

No outsourcing

We do not outsource any of the work to sub-contractors. All the team members, including workers and project managers, work for our company. This gives the company complete control over the installation of the cladding so that it's performed in the best possible manner.

Work timings

Our team works Monday to Friday, starting at 8 am and ending the work for the day at 4 pm.
